Brief was “something for everyone”. A large blank lawn was great for the kids, but there wasn't anywhere to sit back, relax and entertain. Exposed to the north west winds in the spring and summer, hidden under the cool shade or Mt. Iron in the winter, all on top of rocky soil providing plenty of challenge. We approached the entertaining with custom outdoor kitchen and lounge, while the garden received a helping of natural soil treatments, a hardy mix of regional plants including Libertia, variety of Hebes and accents of colour including Acena, alongside rock arrangements and water features. The result sits seamlessly with its dramatic backdrop and the whole family can play in for years to come.
